So if you would like to use the Full Menu option, drag that canvas view to the top and you can leave the other as is or delete it. Once that is done, you can delete the Instructions canvas view folder.

In Salt Lake City's charming Sugarhouse District, this small, builder-grade condo was ready for a refresh. Our client wanted a space that felt personal and authentic — a reflection of her eclectic taste and cherished heirlooms, all within a modern shell. The scope was light, but the transformation was anything but.

Thoughtful styling and the right furnishings turned this space into something refined and collected, without any renovation. By working with existing pieces, we show our client that great design doesn’t always mean starting from scratch. It’s about making what you have work better.
