We’ll kick things off with a 45 minute virtual meeting to get to know each other, learn about your project scope, budget, timeline, and aesthetic. Once we’ve gathered all the key details, we’ll send over a custom design proposal and estimated cost of your project.
Discovery call
Here's the fun part! The design process starts with a short questionnaire and some Pinterest boards, then we'll meet in person to walk your space, take photos and measurements, and explore ideas together. From there, we’ll align on aesthetics, timeline, and budget so your project starts off smoothly.
design creation
We will present a complete design featuring a curated mix of upholstery, wall coverings, paint, drapery, tile, and millwork plans. You’ll also receive a detailed spec package outlining furnishings, lighting, and any custom elements. Together, we’ll review everything, make any final tweaks, and prepare to send it off for builder estimates or ordering.
design execution
Once the design is approved, we take the reins. We manage orders, track lead times, and coordinate with vendors, trades, and your builder to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll receive regular progress reports throughout construction or the furnishing process, so you’re always informed and confident that every detail is on track.
project management
